We design/prototype parts for customer boats in our Engineer- ing facility to customer specifications using boat hulls, 3D computer-aided engin- eering files, or samples. |
All patterns are digitized for use in the company's computer-aided manufac- turing, retained to service repairs for dealers, and shared with customers. |
We design and manfacture parts from a variety of materials: plastic/wood sheet, fabricated/poured foam, vinyl/fabric/leather, plastic pre-forms, and an extensive assortment of hardware. |
